NACo's Familiar Faces Initiative 7-week webinar series

NACo's Familiar Faces Initiative is hosting a 7-week webinar series, launching October 20th, to connect counties with technology companies that specialize in data-sharing and data integration across behavioral health, health and justice systems. Data-sharing enables counties to identify familiar faces (individuals who frequently cycle through multiple county systems) and improve outcomes through care coordination.

In each session, a NACo partner will:

• provide a short demonstration of their platform,
• outline its capabilities and potential outcomes,
• share an example of a county they've worked with and
• host a question-and-answer session with attendees.
