This workshop will provide participants with a better understanding of the steps in creating a warrant strategy and quashing/recalling active misdemeanor non-violent warrants at scale. Attendees will hear from representatives from both Cook County’s State's Attorney and Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office directly involved with resolving warrants. In addition, attendees will learn necessary key steps to resolve warrants, and more importantly, create agency buy-in and personnel efficiencies, while actively seeking and applying community feedback.
