NLADA Training: Recruiting and Retaining BIPOC Staff

Increasing diversity within public defender offices is critical to advancing racial equity. This training will equip public defenders with tools and resources to overcome some of the challenges to recruiting, hiring, and retaining BIPOC staff. Guests will hear from public defenders about the strategies they've implemented to effectively recruit and hire BIPOC professionals and create a culture that fosters equity and inclusion.
