New York City Criminal Justice Agency Court Notification System

In this presentation, we will discuss how we identify individuals to be contacted, the methods used to contact and engage with them, and an overview of the research findings about the effectiveness of our notifications. CJA will also be discussing an exciting new innovative project that was launched to evaluate the effectiveness of planning-focused, direct engagement court date notifications.
