We are excited to announce Dr. Emily Wang as the keynote speaker for our upcoming virtual convening! Dr. Wang is a primary care physician, researcher, and the director of the SEICHE Center for Health and Justice at Yale University. Her groundbreaking work focuses on improving health outcomes for individuals recently released from prison, addressing the impact of incarceration on chronic health conditions, and developing innovative models of care. Through her leadership in the Transitions Clinic Network and her commitment to partnering with justice-involved populations, Dr. Wang is at the forefront of efforts to reduce health disparities and promote equitable healthcare for marginalized communities.
