​The Spokane Regional Law and Justice Council has proposed a mental health stabilization facility for law enforcement drop-offs. This is the proposed implementation plan, made publicly available as part of ongoing community engagement efforts. It includes a proposed budget, admissions criteria, and comments and questions from community residents. This document reflects a truly collaborative, inter-agency effort, as well as their thorough research into mental health crisis enters in other communities.
