NLADA and APA recently hosted a webinar focused on "Beyond the Adversarial System: Achieving the Challenge." Traditionally, prosecutors and defenders are adversaries in the courtroom. In order to achieve the SJC goals of system-wide sustainable change, collaboration with all system actors is essential. This webinar discusses nine recommendations for prosecutors and defenders to foster beneficial and productive working relationships.
