The Evidence-based Judicial Decision-Making Curriculum Toolkit was developed in response to requests for information about pretrial and sentencing practices affecting persons facing potential local jail sentences. It includes an introduction to the curriculum and considerations for delivering it, presentation materials, handouts, and four companion briefs on effective court responses to persons charged with DUI or domestic violence and cases involving persons with mental health or substance use disorders.
