In collaboration with the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), Tamien Dysart, CEO of Think 3D Solutions, and Lieutenant Jason Leach of Sioux Falls Police Department will share strategies to address equity, build partnerships with the community, and engage in authentic conversations. They will discuss the benefits and challenges of authentic community engagement and identify programs and policies that have been implemented in their community. Through interactive discussions, participants will be encouraged to share their own experiences on how to sustain progress in creating healthy and safe communities.
