After 7 years, the results of the PSA randomized study is completed. Although the results did not show what we had hoped for, the increase in data transparency and analytics, as well as stakeholder involvement in process improvement was key. For example, during this time we established to a court rule to minimize time between custodial arrests and initial appearance.
