In support of a more equitable and efficient justice system, the (Un)warranted team at ideas42 partnered with Jeffrey Tsunekawa of the National Association for Court Management (NACM) to highlight practices that court managers in any jurisdiction can use to improve appearance rates. Our joint insights, informed by behavioral science research, were just published in the latest edition of The Court Manager.
