Hey All - 

I wanted to share our policy paper that published today: Navigating Bail Reform in America: A State-by-State Overview. In this paper we review every bail law in the 50 states, then simplify and categorize key componenets to facilitate the comparison of laws from state to state. It was a beast to put together! We also analyze key themes across the states and where the future of bail is heading. We hope it will be a great tool to help policymakers and researchers understand each state's policies and framework and learn why certain techniques may be of particular value.
