Many of you have heard about the Rapid Diversion Program (RDP) a SJC funded strategy in Los Angeles county that allows preplea diversion of people with mental health needs, The site also used some of its funding to support an independent evaluation of the project, and the RAND Corp just released the report this week. A copy of the report is attached. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and congratualtions to the Los Angeles site for creating and operating such a wonderful and successful project. And thank you to the MacArthur Foundation and the SJC team for supporting the work and allowing it to thrive.
