Hi everyone:

Check out this letter to the editor from Tim Kuhlman - Reimaging Safety with Community Diversion (To the editor: How Toledo is reimagining safety with community).

The letter highlights Toledo Municipal Court's misdemeanor diversion program for persistent offenders.  This project was funded through the Lucas County Safety + Justice Challenge awards.
