Participants will learn how to identify the building blocks of a crisis diversion facility and sequence buy-in from key stakeholders. Panelists will discuss the strategic framework employed from problem identification to solutions analysis to model consensus to resource development to program implementation for a Crisis Diversion/Restoration Center Facility from three unique viewpoints: the criminal justice perspective, the behavioral health systems perspective, and provider implementation. Participants will begin their own stakeholder mapping and sequencing process with guidance.
