I wanted to share the first five posts in our blog post series--Tools for Safe and Smart Bail System Changes--analyzing tools aimed at enhancing safety as we move away from a cash bail system.

In each post, we explain how each tool works and why it was used. Understanding the logistics and purpose behind their creation is key to appreciating their potential impact on the bail system. We then provide the research surrounding the effectiveness of these tools and identify any challenges or drawbacks.

We hope that this series will help equip you with essential knowledge to make positive changes in your local bail system or engage in meaningful discussions on a larger scale.
