Last week, the Minnesota Justice Research Center issued a report to the Minnesota Legislature recommending transformation of our state's pretrial system. The report and recommendations are a result of 18 months of research, including community engagement, site visits, system actor interviews, literature review, and more. While the report is focused on Minnesota's laws (and constitution), we hope that members of this community will find it to be a valuable resource.
